APRA HARBOR, Guam (Dec. 13, 2021) Naval Aircrewman (Helicopter) 3rd Class Jake Puckett, from Harlingen, Texas, assigned to the “Wildcards” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 23, jumps out of an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter during an open water search and rescue exercise. HSC-23 and the littoral combat ship USS Jackson (LCS 6), part of Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 7, are on a rotational deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability with partners and serve as a ready-response force in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
