British 'R' class WW1 vintage 15 in battleships at sea, 1930: HMSs Revenge, Ramillies, Royal Sovereign and Resolution, taken from sister HMS Royal Oak. The latter was to be sunk by U 47 with heavy loss of life inside Scapa Flow in October 1939; all the other sisters survived WW2.
