USS Windham Bay (CVE-92) was a Casablanca class escort carrier of the United States Navy. She was laid down under a Maritime Commission contract (MC hull 1129) on 5 January 1944 at Vancouver, Washington, by the Kaiser Shipbuilding Co.; launched on 29 March 1944; sponsored by Mrs. Henry M. Cooper; and commissioned on 3 May 1944, Captain Charles W. Oexle in command.
